It has 8 columns:
In the first column, you can write your notes and to-do's, and a little calendar at the bottom
Monday to Sunday columns
It has a grid box at the top for you to write out your top priority or highlight of the day
And the rest of the lined columns are broken into 3 parts.
HP Classic size dimensions is 7" x 9.25"

A4 size paper
Letter size paper
