The rows are broken down so you can write your house/apartment zones and write down tasks for each area.
Instead of scheduling zones or tasks for a specific day, you can complete a task at a time on whatever day you pick, therefore not having the pressure to action cleaning tasks on a particular day.
If you don't complete a task on a particular day, it'll just "roll over" or "run" to the next day until completed.
You can mark with dot markers or cross or checkmarks when complete and cross off the following days to signify completion.
