In the first column, you can write in a little calendar and notes and to-do's
2nd to 8th columns, Monday - Sunday (plus comes with a blank day of the week version)
The daily columns have enough space for your top priorities and if you wanted add stickers to embellish the space.
The blank bottom portion of the columns has enough space for your tasks, appointments or to time block.
Finally, at the bottom, you can track your water intake.
